‘No right to encounter after surrender’

On all such statements, Anand Mohan said, “Neither we will consider ourselves revolutionaries nor criminals, we will believe that in a democracy, no police officer has the right to encounter someone after he surrenders.”

‘Your job is to arrest and present you in court’
Anand Mohan Singh said, “I am neither in favor of bulldozer culture nor in favor of encounter. If the police does an encounter then why is there a court? Your job is to arrest and present in the court, the court will decide how big is whose crime and accordingly what will be the punishment.”
