- Demonstration on LoC against Pakistani atrocities, demand to join India.
On Sunday (July 5, 2026), the Pakistani Army and PoK Police once again opened fire in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), in which one person died and 14 were injured. The firing took place in Muzaffarabad and Dadiyal, the capital of PoK.
According to the information, on the completion of one month of Pakistani atrocities in PoK, when the group of protesters reached Dadial-Mirpur bridge at 4 pm in Dadial, Pakistani Rangers opened fire with AK-47 and PoK police released tear gas shells.
Apart from Dadyal, firing also took place in Muzaffarabad.

In the continuous firing that lasted for about 20 minutes, one person named Mohammad Yakub was killed and 14 people were injured and are undergoing treatment. Like Dadyal, Pakistani Rangers opened fire at Neelam Bridge in Muzaffarabad at 3.30 pm, when Azaan was being given in the mosque. Although no one has been confirmed killed in Muzaffarabad, the number of protesters killed by Pakistani Rangers after today’s firing has reached 59.
PoK wants to meet with India

A picture of how people in PoK are against the Pakistani government and army was seen on Sunday (July 5, 2026) in front of Titrinot, a few meters from the LoC, where the common people of PoK demonstrated against the Pakistani army and government, just a few meters away from the Line of Control. This picture is a seal of the announcement of the Awami Action Committee yesterday (July 4, 2026) where the Awami Action Committee, which led the protest, appealed to the people of Jammu for food and raised the slogan of reuniting with India.
