The country’s leading oil and gas company BPCL has released the notification of mid-senior level recruitment 2026. For Petrochemicals and Wayside Amenities departments, a degree in related engineering or management field is sought. The age limit has been fixed differently according to the post. The maximum age for most of the posts has been kept between 34 to 50 years. In some senior posts this limit may also be up to 55 years.

How much salary will you get?

Candidates selected on E2 grade posts will get a pay scale of Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000. Their estimated annual CTC in metro cities will be around Rs 21.07 lakh. E3 grade employees will be given a pay scale of Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000. The estimated annual CTC in this grade will be around Rs 24.99 lakh. The salary of the candidates selected in E4 grade will range from Rs 70,000 to Rs 2,00,000 per month. The annual CTC of this category is said to be around Rs 30.21 lakh.

E5 grade officers will get a salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 2,20,000 per month. Their estimated annual CTC can reach Rs 34.45 lakh. Candidates appointed in E6 grade will get a salary ranging from Rs 90,000 to Rs 2,40,000 per month. At this level the annual CTC will be around Rs 39.82 lakh. E7 grade officers will be given a salary ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2.60 lakh per month. The estimated annual CTC of this grade can reach Rs 45.38 lakh. Candidates selected in the highest E8 grade will get a salary ranging from Rs 1.20 lakh to Rs 2.80 lakh per month. At this level, the annual CTC can be up to Rs 55.49 lakh, which is considered to be the biggest feature of this recruitment.

Talking about the application fee, candidates belonging to General, OBC-NCL, EWS and Ex-Servicemen category will have to pay a fee of Rs 1180. This includes GST along with the application fee. Whereas the application for SC, ST and disabled candidates has been kept completely free.
