CUET UG 2026 Result: The wait of lakhs of students who appeared in CUET UG 2026 may end soon. National Testing Agency is preparing to release the result of NTA Common University Entrance Test 2026. The candidates appearing in the examination are waiting for their score card, because on the basis of this the process of admission in the major central universities of the country will proceed. This year CUET UG exam was conducted from 11 May to 31 May 2026. Re-examinations of some subjects were conducted on 6 and 7 June. After this, the provisional answer key was released on June 9 and the candidates were given a chance to lodge objections. The process of filing objections has ended on June 11 and the final answer and result are awaited.
When can CUET UG 2026 result be released?
According to the information, NTA can complete the evaluation process soon. It is believed that the score card of CEUT UG 2026 can be released by 26 June 2026. If there is a delay due to any reason then the result is likely to be released by the first week of July. With the release of the result, the final answer key can also be made available.
Complete schedule from exam to result
The examination of CEUT UG 2026 was conducted from 11 to 31 May. After problems faced in the examination, re-examinations were held on 6 and 7 June 2026. After this the provisional answer key was released on 9 June 2026. The last date for filing objection was till June 11. Now the final answer key and result is likely to be released in the last week of June. After the release of the result, the cut off and counseling process from the university is likely to start from the last week of July.
This time a record number of students took the exam
Cuet UG 2026 result: A record number of students registered in Cuet UG 2026. A total of more than 15.68 lakh candidates applied for the examination, which is much more than last year. About 15.54 lakh students had registered in 2025. This time the examination was conducted in 37 subjects, which included language subject, domain subject and general aptitude test. On an average, candidates selected more than four subjects. Talking about states, maximum applications were received from Uttar Pradesh. This was followed by Delhi and Bihar, while English was the most chosen subject.

Probable cut off for admission in DU, JNU and BHU
NTA does not release any centralized cutoff for CEUT UG. After the release of results, different universities release their admission process and merit list. This time, due to the large number of candidates, competition in popular courses is likely to be high. Whereas in popular courses of Delhi University like B.Com, BA Economics and Political Science, the cut off for general category students can be 750 to 790 or more marks. Whereas in JNU, the cut off for graduation courses related to foreign language can be between 740 to 775 marks. The probable cut off for Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce and Mathematics courses in BHU is estimated to be between 680 to 740 marks.
