This time the government schools of Delhi have performed in such a way in the CBSE 10th Result 2026 that the entire capital is proud of. This year, the pass percentage of Delhi government schools was 97.23%, which is more than the national average of 93.70%. This success is not the result of any one school or a few students, but of a major change in the entire system.

There is an increase of 2.59% in the result compared to last year. This time 457 schools gave 100% results, whereas last year this number was 300. There were 924 schools whose result was above 90%, which is much more than last year’s 529 schools.

A total of 1,88,460 students appeared in this examination, out of which 1,83,246 students were successful. Many students also scored excellent marks. 26 students scored more than 95%, 540 students scored between 90% and 95% and 5,202 students scored between 80% and 90%. This time too the daughters brought glory to Delhi. The pass percentage of girls was 97.37%, while that of boys was 97.09%.

What did the Education Minister say?

Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood congratulated the students, teachers and parents on this excellent result. He said that this is the result of better education system, new facilities and continuous hard work.

The government has also ensured that no student is deprived of education due to distance. Under this, a free cycle scheme worth Rs 90 crore has been started for girl students, through which cycles will be given to about 1.3 lakh girl students. This will make it easier for them to go to school and there will be no hindrance in their studies. Government schools of Delhi are now equipped with modern facilities.

Smart classrooms are being built

9000 smart classrooms have been built and the target is 21,000. Along with this, 175 modern computer labs and 125 digital libraries have also been prepared. Now education is not limited to books only, but is being done with technology, due to which the learning ability of children is further increasing. The government has also started 75 CM Shri Schools. Where education is being imparted with language lab, career lab and new technology, so that children can be prepared not just for exams but for the future.
