IND W vs ENG W Test Toss: The historic test between the women’s teams of India and England has started at Lord’s ground in London, which is known as the Mecca of cricket. This is the first Test in cricket history to be played at Lord’s, in which host England won the toss and decided to bowl. Team India has been invited to bat first. 21 year old spinner Shri Charani made her debut for Team India.
This is the only test played between the two teams. Earlier, a 3-match T20 series was played between the women’s teams of India and England. India had to face defeat by 1-2 in the T20 series. Now India and England are face to face in the Test series, for which both have selected an interesting playing 11.

England captain Nat Siver-Brunt said, “We will bowl first. I think as bowlers we can get the most out of this pitch this morning. Obviously, the wicket will have to last for four days. It will be sunny the whole time, so I am eagerly waiting to take the field as a team.”

After the toss, Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur said, “This is a good opportunity for us to put a big total on the board. It is a big achievement for us that we are playing our first Test at Lord’s.
