This unique technology targets the way computer vision and AI cameras work. Very strange shapes, special colors and repeatedly repeating patterns are made on these clothes.

When a person passes in front of the camera wearing these, the AI algorithm considers the pattern of the clothes to be a human face. According to Daniel Prus, co-founder of the urban privacy brand, due to the confusion of many fake faces, the facial recognition system gets completely confused and completely fails to identify the real person.

Not only daylight cameras, but night vision cameras are also proving to be a failure in front of these modern clothes. The Urban Privacy brand’s Urban Ghost Coast is a great example of this, with special LED lights installed in its hood.

These lights emit such infrared rays that humans cannot see, but the camera lens becomes blurry. Fashion experts believe that if any famous celebrity wears these clothes in a big red carpet event, then it will become the biggest fashion trend in the world overnight.

However, there is a caveat attached to this as well. If these clothes start completely rejecting security cameras on the roads, then this issue will take a political form. As soon as such a situation arises, governments of different countries can ban the sale and wearing of these anti-surveillance clothes to maintain their security.

Experts in digital culture point out that surveillance systems are very powerful and no clothing claims 100% security, yet this fashion reflects a major cultural change.

This counter-culture fashion is now rapidly becoming a part of the mainstream and its prices are also decreasing in the market. It is not just a dress, but has become a strong medium of public protest against the decreasing privacy in the digital age.
