Trump gave a 20-minute speech.

Here, Bolton released a video and said that I think Trump’s words were contradictory. I think it is difficult to predict what will happen next. Their motive regarding this war is not clear. The answer to that basic question has not been found in his address.
Does Trump aim to target the nuclear program?
Bolton has asked whether Trump’s aim is to target the nuclear program? Are ballistic missiles intended? What are the real motives? I think Trump is still confused about what his war goals are?
