The third and decisive ODI match between India and England will be played at Lord’s ground and media reports claimed that Rohit will play his last match on this ground. On May 7, he had said goodbye to the Test format. After that ‘Hitman’ had said that when his mind says ‘no more’, then he will say goodbye to cricket.

It was last year when Rohit Sharma had said in an interview after his Test retirement, “The day I feel that I am not able to do what I want to do on the field, I will stop playing. But for now, I believe that what I am doing is helping the team.”

In fact, according to a report published in The Indian Express, the selectors have told Rohit Sharma that he is not included in the plans for the 2027 World Cup.
