First century at Lord’s- Talking about Test cricket, Yastika Bhatia has become the first cricketer to score a century at Lord’s ground. Earlier, the highest score at Lord’s was in the name of Smriti Mandhana, who had scored 83 runs in the first innings of this Test.
First century for India in the third/fourth innings- Yastika Bhatia has also become the first Indian cricketer to score a century in the third or fourth innings of a Test. Before her, the highest score for India in the third and fourth innings of the women’s Test match was in the name of Sandhya Agarwal, who had scored 98 runs against New Zealand in 1985.
First century of international career- Yastika Bhatia made her international debut in September 2021. But in the last 5 years he had not scored a single century with his bat. Ultimately, he scored the first century of his career in the Lord’s Test against England.
