
This research has been done by researchers from the School of Public Health, LKS Faculty of Medicine, Hong Kong University. In this research, an attempt has been made to know whether interval training done once a week can be as effective as interval training done three times a week.

In fact, obesity is one of the rapidly increasing health problems across the world. Excessive accumulation of fat in the body can increase the risk of heart problems, metabolic diseases and premature death. Especially the fat accumulated around the stomach is linked to many serious health problems.
