Karni Sena will field candidates on 50 seats in the assembly elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh next year. This announcement was made by Karni Sena President Surajpal Singh Ammu in Shahjahanpur. He said that we respect Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, but Karni Sena is not anyone’s political slave.

The Karni Sena chief did not stop here, he took a dig at the BJP and said why should we not contest the elections? When you make a worthless person like Rajbhar a minister, you give seats to Apna Dal, Sapna Dal type people. People from all communities are with us. Along with this, he has demanded to declare cow as the mother of the nation. Apart from this, demanded to implement UCC in UP.

Ammu had reached the State Working Committee meeting

Karni Sena chief had come to take part in the State Working Committee meeting held in Shahjahanpur and he instructed the workers to strengthen the organization. He clearly said that now we are not political slaves of any party. We will field our candidates on 50 seats. Along with this, he objected to BJP giving preference to regional parties.

While demanding uniform civil code in the state, Ammu said that it has been implemented in Uttarakhand and Gujarat, now it should be implemented in the state also. Along with this, the demand for declaring cow as the mother of the nation was reiterated. He said that now even Muslims are demanding to declare cow as the national animal.

It has become clear from the attitude of the Karni Sena chief before the UP Assembly that he now wants political existence from a purely social organization. He demanded the Chief Minister and DGP not to harass their workers. At present, political activity in the state has increased with the announcement of fielding candidates on 50 seats in UP.
