‘Muslims are not personal property of TMC’, BJP candidate Agnimitra Paul enraged after attack on car in Asansol

So far 90 percent voting has been done for the West Bengal Assembly elections. A large number of people are reaching the polling booth to vote. Meanwhile, violent incidents are also coming to light from many places. At some places, Bharatiya Janata Party candidates have accused him of assault and at some places, BJP and Trinamool Congress workers clashed with each other.

Cases of stone pelting and fighting are also being reported from different places in Bengal. In this episode, the mob targeted the car of BJP candidate from Asansol South, Agnimitra Paul. Bricks and stones were thrown at his car, due to which the windows were broken. On this he fiercely attacked TMC and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and said that Muslims are not the personal property of TMC.

After the attack on the car, Agnimitra Paul told IANS that she had gone to Rahmatnagar area. There, stones were thrown at the car from behind, due to which the glass was broken. He said, ‘Rehmat Nagar is a minority dominated area. we went to the. There are many booths in the same building. After inspection there, we went to another nearby building (Rehmat Nagar High School). There also our inspection was completed. When we came out of the car, stones were thrown at us from behind, due to which the glass of the car was broken.

Agnimitra Paul further said, ‘Trinamool does the same in every election. Trinamool itself has done this act. When by-elections were held in the year 2022, similar stones were pelted and cars were damaged. She also told that she will again visit the area where the car was attacked.

Taking aim at TMC, Agnimitra Paul said, ‘Trinamool Congress thinks that Muslims are their personal property, but it is not so. BJP also has authority over Muslims, because they are my brothers, hence no move by TMC will work.

A video of this incident also surfaced, in which the rear glass of Agnimitra Paul’s car was broken. At the same time, Agnimitra was seen standing in front of Paul’s car, talking to people about the incident. Later the police was informed about this incident. Agnimitra Paul told IANS that a written complaint has not yet been given to the police.
