The first ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ starrer Kartik Aryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday was released in theaters in 2019. It was a modern remake of the 1978 film of the same name and it also featured Ayushmann Khurrana’s brother Aparshakti Khurana in a supporting role. The prequel got much more viewers at the box office than the new film. Let us tell you that Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019) had earned Rs 5.7 crore on the first Monday of its release in India. The film had earned Rs 41.64 crore in the first four days of its release, while the sequel had earned only Rs 19.57 crore.
