Recently, in a podcast with Raj Shamani, Jhanvi told that after her mother’s departure, she had to grow up suddenly. Earlier she used to depend on her mother for every decision, what to wear, what is right, what is wrong, everything was decided by her mother. But after his departure, he had to see all this himself and at that time people were talking all kinds of things about his family. In that difficult time, he took some wrong decisions and gave place in his life to some people who took advantage of him.

Jhanvi further said that with her mother’s departure, she felt as if she had lost not just one person but also her father Boney Kapoor, because his behavior with his mother also changed. She misses his laughter, his talks and his company a lot. If she had to say something to her mother today, she would just say that she now understands her and regrets that she could not do so earlier.
Sridevi struggled from an early age
Apart from this, she recalled her mother’s struggles and said that when she was in the initial stages of her career, people did not behave well with her. He was even called a ‘homebreaker’, which hurt him a lot. His mother started working from a very young age, but she never shared about her bad times with her children.
