Petrol-Diesel Price Today: On Wednesday i.e. today 20th May, mostly stability was seen in the prices of petrol and diesel across India. This happened a day after government oil companies had again increased fuel prices. This time the prices of petrol and diesel were increased by about 90 paise per liter. This is the second major increase in global crude oil prices within a week amid continuously rising global crude oil prices.
In the national capital Delhi, the price of petrol increased from 97.77 to 98.64 per liter, while diesel increased from 90.67 to 91.58 per liter. New rate estimates released by Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum, slight differences in prices were seen in different cities due to local VAT and transport expenses.
