Lakhs of candidates who appeared for NEET UG 2026 are waiting for the OMR sheet and final answer key. National Testing Agency (NTA) may soon release both the documents on the official website. Candidates will be able to view their OMR sheet by logging in, while the PDF of the final answer will be available to all. On the basis of this, the result of Re NEET 2026 will be released.
Re NEET 2026 OMR sheet will be released soon
NTA has not yet announced the official date of release of OMR sheet and final answer key. However, according to media reports, the OMR sheet may be released around July 5, 2026. By looking at their response sheet, candidates will be able to check which questions they had given in the examination and what answers they had given.
When will the final answer key come?
The provisional answer key of Re-NEET 2026 was released on June 25 and objections were sought from the candidates. Now after reviewing these objections, NTA will release the final answer key. There is a possibility that it may be released by the second week of July. The result will be prepared on the basis of this final answer key.
When can the result be released?
The result of Re NEET 2026 will be declared after the release of the final answer key. At present it is expected that the result can be released by 20th July 2026. However, the last date will be confirmed by NTA only.
Marking scheme of NEET 2026
Candidates can also calculate their probable score with the help of OMR sheet and answer key. 4 marks will be given for the correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. No mark will be given or deducted for the question without answer.
Marking scheme of NEET 2026
If you want to know the probable score with the help of your OMR sheet and final answer key, then you need to understand the marking scheme of NEET. In the exam, 4 marks are given for every correct answer, while there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. For those questions which are not answered, neither any marks are given nor any marks are deducted. Based on this rule, candidates can estimate their probable marks.

NEET 2026 qualifying percentile
To pass the NEET exam, it is necessary to score not only marks but also minimum qualifying percentile. 50th percentile is prescribed for general (UR) and EWS category candidates, whereas 40th percentile is required for OBC, SC and ST category candidates. PwD candidates from general category will have to obtain 45th percentile, while PwD candidates from OBC, SC and ST category will have to obtain 40th percentile.

Step 2: Click on Re NEET 2026 OMR Sheet link on the home page.
Step 3: Login by entering your Application Number, Password and Captcha Code.
Step 4: After login, your OMR Response Sheet will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download it and save the PDF for future.

Step 2: Click on Re NEET 2026 Final Answer Key link on the home page.
Step 3: PDF will open on the screen.
Step 4: Download the PDF and match the answers with your question paper.
