SBI Staff Strike: SBI, the country’s largest government bank, always takes care of the convenience of its customers. On Friday, an advisory has been issued by the bank for the customers. In which it has been told that the bank employees are on a two-day strike, so what should the customers do if they have bank related work.

A post has been shared through the official x account of the bank. Through which the bank has informed the customers that during the strike, efforts are being made to continue essential banking services in the bank branches. However, the bank has advised customers to use alternative banking channels to minimize inconvenience.

This post reads, ‘Please note that the All India State Bank of India Staff Federation (AISBISF) has given notice of a two-day strike on 25 and 26 May 2026. We are trying our best to provide necessary facilities to the customers in the branch. After this, the bank has made important requests to the customers in three main points. In which it is written:

  • Use ATM/ADWMs when you need cash.
  • Use Customer Service Points (CSPs)
  • Prefer Internet Banking, YONO, Mobile Banking, UPI and other digital platforms.

After this, the bank has also apologized to the customers for the inconvenience.

Let us tell you that the employees of State Bank of India are going to be on a two-day strike on 25th and 26th May. Before this, 23rd and 24th May are Saturday and Sunday and even after this there is a bank holiday for Eid. In such a situation, SBI Bank is going to remain closed for six days. If you have any work related to the branch, get it done in advance.
