Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Osama Saheb has been named in the case of clash between two parties after the collision of jeep and auto-rickshaw in Siwan district of Bihar. According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Puran Kumar Jha, two FIRs were registered in this case late on Sunday (April 5) night. One complaint was lodged by jeep rider Chandan Singh and the other by auto-rickshaw driver W Khan.
This incident took place in Semari village of MH Nagar police station area. SP said that on the basis of the complaint of Chandan Singh and his supporters, the name of MLA Osama Saheb has been included in the FIR.
MLA’s name not included in third FIR
The police officer said, “It is being investigated whether Osama Saheb had any involvement in the incident or not.” However, the police have also registered another FIR, in which the allegations of both the parties are being investigated and the MLA’s name is not included in it.

Policemen also got hurt
According to the police, after the vehicle collision on Sunday evening, the dispute between the two parties escalated and stone pelting started. Some policemen also suffered minor injuries in this clash. An official said that political rivalry could also be the reason behind the incident.
For information, let us tell you that Osama Saheb had made his political debut by winning the election from Raghunathpur seat of Siwan district in the 2025 assembly elections. At present his response has not been received in this matter.
