After the declaration of CBSE 12th results, while there is an atmosphere of happiness in many homes, some students are struggling with worries and problems. The reason is the technical difficulties faced in obtaining the scanned copy of your checked copy under the re-evaluation and OSM process. The board has started the post result facility and has said that the entire process will be online, but students say that the website is not working properly.
A student shared his experience with ABP News on the condition of anonymity. He told that despite trying several times, he is neither able to register nor log in. Sometimes the captcha code is not visible, and sometimes the website itself starts showing a blank page. When the work is not accomplished even after repeated efforts, disappointment increases.
Many students say that as soon as they click on the link of the re-evaluation portal on the official site of CBSE, a blank page opens where no services are seen to be available. Some students said that the captcha code does not appear while logging in, due to which it is not possible to proceed further. Students are also sharing their problems on social media and by posting screenshots, they are telling what kind of problems they are facing.

What can students do?
Under the OSM process, students can see the scanned copy of their checked answer sheet. After this they decide whether they want to apply for verification of marks or re-evaluation or not. This system was made so that the process remains transparent and students get a chance to see their copies. But due to technical problems many students are not able to avail this facility.
What are the students saying?
Students say that after the result many questions arise in their mind. In such a situation, when they want to see their copy and the website does not support, the tension increases further. Some students reported that they are trying to log in late at night or early in the morning, but the problem still persists.
