Adani’s lawyers (Sullivan & Cromwell LLP) had held meetings with US officials and had also made a proposal that if the US administration wishes, it can consider this investment as part of the resolution of the case. Therefore, Adani clarified that this investment plan has nothing to do with the closure of the case.
