From LPG to UPS…, these five big changes are going to happen from December 1, direct impact on your pocket.

New Rules: December 2025 is about to knock—and with it many such changes are coming that will directly affect your pocket, your taxes and your everyday facilities. The beginning of the month is like a diary opening with new guidelines of the government and the market, in which each rule changes the color of your day a little. Here’s a neat summary of all those important changes:

1-Last chance to choose UPS (Unified Pension System)

The last date for choosing UPS for central government employees has been fixed as 30th November. After this, this option will be closed from December 1st. Earlier this deadline was 30 September, which was extended till the end of November.

2-LPG cylinder price

LPG prices are adjusted every month. After the reduction in November, the new prices in December will be applicable from December 1. This change will either provide relief or may put a slight burden on the pocket.

3-Life certificate for pensioners

The last date for submitting life certificate for pensioners is 30th November. Life certificate cannot be submitted after this date, which may hamper the receipt of pension.

4-Important work related to tax

Tax and compliance month-

The last date for filing Form 3CEAA (Constituent Entity Report) is 30 November. This is also the last day for those submitting reports under Section 92E. The deadline for filing ITR for the concerned taxpayers is also 30th November. Keep your tax papers warm before the December cold sets in.

5-PNG and CNG prices

Like every month, new prices of PNG-CNG and jet fuel will be applicable from December 1. Based on the amendments of oil companies, changes may be seen here also.

CNG and PNG Rates: Relief has come out for CNG and PNG consumers across the country. Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has approved the new unified tariff regulation. This can reduce the prices of CNG and PNG in many cities. & Nbsp;

Dialogue on reducing tariff zone

CBI quoted the sources in his report, CNBC-Awaaz informed that talks are going on to reduce the tariff zone from three to two. Till now the entire country was divided into 3 zones, but now it can be divided into two zones. More than this, more cities and people will get the benefit of unified tariff system. It is likely to get an official update on this in the next 2-3 days. & Nbsp;

Now all the same tariff

Under this new framework, a similar tariff will be charged from all consumers of the same zone. Earlier, the prices of CNG and PNG depended on how far your area is from the gas filling station. That is, the longer the area is, the more expensive gas will be available.

While the implementation of the unified tariff system, the rates of all areas inside a zone will remain the same. That is, the focus will not be done at a distance now. This will reduce the prices of CNG and PNG in many remote areas, which will give relief to the people. & Nbsp;

Benefits of CNG and PNG

According to the Common Minimum Program, the government aims to open 12 crore domestic PNG connections across the country by 2030 and 17,500 CNG stations by 2025. Let us know that both CNG and PNG are favorable for the environment and there is less risk of pollution.

CNG is also cheaper than petrol. This costs less to those driving. At the same time, PNG is also cheaper than LPG. In this, gas is delivered to the houses through the pipeline and the cylinder is not required. & Nbsp;
