There has been a political uproar in Bihar over a statement by Bihar Deputy CM and Home Department Minister Samrat Chaudhary. After preliminary investigation at the police station level, if the case is found to be true then FIR can also be filed online.

Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary is continuously busy in strengthening the security system of Bihar. He is continuously holding review meetings with the police department. Samrat Chaudhary’s police action has started in Bihar. There was an encounter between the police and a criminal in Chapra early in the morning of Monday (December 01, 2025).
