The study states that the use of screen per hour increases the risk of insomnia by 59%. That is, if you use a mobile phone for 1 hour at bedtime, then the sleep duration reduces 24 minutes.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The study included 45,202 young adults aged 18 to 28 years and their effects on various types of screen activity and sleep were examined. The full result of this study has been published on 31 March in Frontiers in Psychiatry. </span></p>
