India has once again given a clear message to Pakistan, which nurtures terrorism, regarding the water of Indus River. Condemning Pakistan’s support to terrorism, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government will not allow the waters of Indus River to reach those sponsoring terrorism.
Addressing the ‘Intellectual Meet’ organized by BJP in Telangana, he said, ‘Through Operation Sindoor, the government has shown the world how those who do not understand the language of peace and harmony are answered in their own language.‘

He criticized Congress and other opposition leaders for raising questions on ‘Operation Sindoor’ and the bravery of the soldiers. The Defense Minister said that the government had clearly said that if there were terrorist attacks against India, it would stop the supply of food grains and water to Pakistan.

Indus water will not be allowed to reach the masters of terrorism: Defense Minister
Rajnath Singh said, ‘After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, while stopping the Indus Water Treaty, we said that those whose eyes have dried tears should not expect water from us. We will not allow the waters of Indus to reach the patrons of terrorists and enemies of humanity.
He said that India has emerged as a reliable partner in the world and has always helped countries facing disasters. Referring to the assistance given by India to many countries during the Covid-19 pandemic, Rajnath Singh said that India is seen as “Vishwa Bandhu” across the world. He also said that India’s enemies should not forget that the country not only has vaccines but also has BrahMos missile.
What did Rajnath say about Rahul Gandhi?
He alleged that Congress considers the country as the property of a particular family. Quoting an author, Singh said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi used to say before 2014 that his time would come in 2024.
Rajnath Singh said that this shows that Rahul Gandhi believed that instead of working hard to win the trust of the people, he should wait for his time. Singh said that on one side is BJP and Prime Minister Modi, and on the other side are others; This is the difference between the two.

The Defense Minister said that every rupee of India’s budget is being used to strengthen the country’s security and there are no allegations of any kind of corruption on the government. He said, ‘We are not worried about (winning) the next election, but about the next generation. We are not worried about what will happen in the next election – we are worried about what will happen to the next generation. Our intentions are absolutely clear. There is no difference between our words and actions.
