50 Rupee Note: While shopping, sometimes when we find change in our hands i.e. 100, 50, 20, 10 notes, we keep them in our pocket without even looking at them. But in such circumstances many times one becomes a victim of deception. Many times fake notes arrive in pockets instead of real ones. In such a situation, Reserve Bank of India i.e. RBI has given a very easy way to identify Rs 50 note.

RBI revealed the identity of the note
The real identity of every Indian note has been revealed through the official website of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). In this, many features of Rs 50 note have also been mentioned, which will tell whether this note is real or fake. These features have been designed in such a way that it is not easy to copy them. In such a situation, read these points carefully and identify the genuine note.

How to identify real Rs 50 note
According to the RBI website, the method of identifying the original Rs 50 note is very easy. Let us explain:

  • A see-through security feature of Rs 50 has been given on the bottom left side of the note, which is clearly visible when the note is held in front of the light.
  • The number 50 is also written in Devanagari (Hindi) on the note.
  • Mahatma Gandhi’s picture is printed in the middle of the front part of the note.
  • On the right side of the Rs 50 note, RBI guarantee, Governor’s signature, promise of payment and RBI logo are given.
  • The serial number is written on the top left side of the note in increasing order starting from the smallest digit to the largest digit.
  • The serial number is also printed on the bottom right side of the note in ascending order from smallest to largest.
  • The Ashoka Pillar symbol (national symbol) is on the bottom right side of the note.

Let us tell you that from time to time RBI appeals to the people to be aware of the security features present on the currency to avoid fake notes. If there is any doubt about a note, its authenticity can be ascertained by looking at it in the light and examining these security marks. In such a situation, whenever you get a Rs 50 note, check it thoroughly and only then use it.
