Kushal Bhurtel One Over 6 Sixes: While cricket fans remained busy with IPL 2026, on the other hand a record of hitting 6 consecutive sixes was once again established in international cricket. This time this feat was done by Nepal’s batsman Kushal Bhurtel. Kushal became the second batsman from Nepal to do so. Earlier this feat was done by Deependra Singh Ari for Nepal.

Kushal Bhurtel has included himself in the list of Yuvraj Singh. Yuvraj Singh was the first to make the record of hitting 6 consecutive sixes in T20 International cricket in 2007. Kushal became the sixth batsman to be a part of this list.

The Nepal batsman performed the feat of hitting 6 consecutive sixes while playing a brilliant innings in the Asian Games Men’s T20 Qualifier against China at the Singapore International Cricket Ground on Sunday (31 May). Kushal hit 6 sixes in the 9th over of China’s Zhuo Yu. A total of 37 runs were scored in the over including 1 wide. The Nepali batsman scored 129 runs in the match by hitting 5 fours and 16 sixes in 43 balls. During this period his strike rate was 300.

In the match, Nepal won a big victory of 221 runs. Batting first, Nepal put 313 runs on the board for 2 wickets in 20 overs. Kushal Bhurtel played the biggest innings for the team. Apart from this, Kushal Malla and Rohit Paudel performed quick half-century innings. Kushal Malla scored 85* runs in 47 balls and Rohit scored 69* runs in 21 balls.

Then the Chinese team, which came for the chase, was all out for 92 runs in 19.2 overs. Shenjian Zheng played the biggest innings for the team and scored 31 runs in 15 balls with 1 four and 4 sixes. Apart from this, no other batsman could touch double figures.
