A case of a tragic accident has come to light from Manoharpur area of Jaipur district of Rajasthan. On October 28, a father and daughter, residents of Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, died tragically in a sudden fire in a private sleeper bus. Both have been identified as Naseem Mian (50) and his daughter Sanam (20).
This accident happened when his family members were also present in the bus and were watching this horrific scene from the front. An accident occurred when a bus full of laborers came in contact with an electric wire, which created panic in the entire area.
More than 50 laborers boarded the bus
According to the police, more than 50 laborers were traveling in this private bus, who were going to work at the brick kiln of Manoharpur. Two died in the accident while 10 others sustained burn injuries. Jaipur Additional Superintendent of Police Tejpal Singh said that when the bus was passing through an unpaved road, the luggage kept on the roof touched the high tension line. Soon after, the bus caught fire and the presence of LPG cylinders made the situation more frightening.
had been working as a laborer for three years
Deceased Naseem Mian used to work as a laborer at a brick kiln in Manoharpur, Jaipur for the last 3 years. Along with him, his wife Najma, sons Raja and Faizan, daughters Sanam and Sehrun were also traveling in the same bus. At the time of the accident, the entire family had left by bus on Monday evening to go to Rajasthan. Many families from Naseem’s village Sherpur Kalan and surrounding areas have been coming and going to Rajasthan for labour.

Puranpur police station in-charge Ashok Kumar said that Naseem’s wife and son, who were traveling in the bus at the time of the accident, saw their father and sister engulfed in flames in front of their eyes. Other laborer families from the same village – Noor Mohammad and Rahis – were also in the bus. According to PTI, the administration has admitted the injured laborers to a nearby hospital. Rajasthan Police has started investigating the case, while there is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire village of Pilibhit.
