In the viral video, it is seen that Majid Hussain is addressing a large public meeting in support of AIMIM candidate Mohammad Kazim. During this he said, “AIMIM is not a child’s play. When it comes upon us, Inshallah, every street will be affected.”
His comment appeared to be made in a threatening tone, after which a debate started on social media. He also said that if Shariat is interfered with, it will not be good.

The election meeting was held in Bagwan Pura area of Washim, where a large number of AIMIM supporters were present. As soon as this video came on social media, many people called it a provocative statement and heating up the election atmosphere. Some users have also demanded action from the administration.

Mohammad Kazim is contesting from AIMIM for the post of Washim Municipal Council President. Majid Hussain had reached here in his support. Local leaders of the party claim that the opposition is nervous about his increasing popularity and that is why the statement is being exaggerated.
The statement of the MLA has created new heat in the political circles also. Opposition parties have called it an attempt to scare the voters. However, AIMIM has not yet given any official clarification on this controversy.
