Samajwadi Party is working in full alert mode regarding the process of special intensive revision of voter list going on in Uttar Pradesh. SP National President Akhilesh Yadav has made it clear that at any cost, his supporters should be prevented from being removed from the voters’ list. If this happens due to someone’s negligence, he will not get a ticket for the assembly elections.

SP President Akhilesh Yadav, along with making PDA sentinels in the process of SIR, has given strict instructions to all the party leaders to go from village to village to make their supporters aware and help in filling the SIR census form. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this matter. If votes are cut due to someone’s reason, his ticket will also be cut.

Akhilesh Yadav gave strict instructions

Taking a lesson from the way the Grand Alliance had to face a crushing defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections, the SP chief is already working cautiously. The SP President has decided that the one who will work on the ground in his assembly and ensure that the votes of his supporters are not cut off, his claim for 2024 will be equally strong.

Samajwadi Party is continuously busy working on the ground regarding SIR in the state. Akhilesh Yadav is holding meetings with party workers. He told the workers to go to every booth and block and do whatever is necessary to save votes. Meetings are being held with district-wise leaders and training is also being given on how to fill the counting sheets and how to save the core vote bank.

Work by being active regarding SIR

Akhilesh Yadav has asked the leaders seeking Lok Sabha and Assembly election tickets to remain active in their areas, contact people and work at the grassroots level. They will not only keep an eye on the process of SIR but will also prepare a report on how many counting forms were filled by them and how many people’s votes were saved from being deducted. Their claim for the ticket will be decided only on the basis of this report.

‘Allegations and counter-allegations will not work…’, Mayawati gave a big statement before the winter session of Parliament.
