He said that they had just taken the cake, cut the cake and fed him and after some time he was brutally beaten. He alleged that he was given death threats and his Facebook-Instagram account has also been hacked, I also tried to recover it but it has been hacked and moved from one place to another. Avinash said that he is so troubled by the constant threats and torture that he feels like committing suicide.

When he was asked whether he was making such allegations to become famous, he completely rejected it. Avinash said that he is a poor man and there is no reason to become famous by lying. During the conversation, he mentioned several times about a person named ‘Vivek’ who allegedly threatened him.
On the matter of complaint to the police, Avinash said that he will do whatever his guardian decides. This entire matter has once again put Tej Pratap Yadav at the center of controversies.
