1. Unnecessary reshuffle in the batting order
India lost the wickets of Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill in the first two overs. Akshar Patel was sent at the third position, who did not live up to the expectations of being sent in the powerplay. If captain Suryakumar Yadav had come to his regular third position, perhaps his swashbuckling innings of 30-40 runs could have turned the match towards India. 2. Poor form of captain and vice-captain

4. 99 runs of Bumrah-Arshdeep

5. Akshar Patel’s innings proved costly
Akshar Patel came to bat in the third over itself. Coming into the powerplay, where he should have batted fast, he was able to score only 13 runs in 17 balls till the sixth over of the innings.
