Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has been away from the big screen for a long time. The actress became a mother for the first time in 2022 and since then she has been seen in fewer films. Now Alia herself has revealed that she now has a daughter and in such a situation she does not want to do many films simultaneously. Apart from this, the actress has also talked about doing an action film like ‘Alpha’ after becoming a mother.
In a recent interview given to E-Times, Alia Bhatt said- ‘Of course, the volume and pace of my work is different now because I have a child. But this is a comfortable speed, and I’m happy with it. I like to do one film at a time and put all my energy into it. Earlier I used to do two or three films simultaneously, but now I don’t want to do that.
Alia Bhatt is excited for Alpha
Alia Bhatt further said- ‘When it comes to my career, I have always trusted my conscience and guts. I have said this before and I will say it again that I do not consider Heart of Stone an action film for me. It was an action-packed film, but my character in it was not action-packed. In Alpha, I have got a chance to actually do action, for which I am very excited.

During this time, Alia Bhatt also gave her reaction on doing an action film like Alpha after becoming a mother. She said- ‘After having children, doing an action film was very interesting because it gave me an opportunity to see what my body can do. It was a very learning experience and it taught me to have a lot of respect for my body.
Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movies
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in the film ‘Alpha’ directed by Shiv Ravel. Sharvari and Bobby Deol will also be seen with him in this film. Apart from this, he has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Love and War’ in which Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will be in lead roles. Both his films will be released in theaters only in 2026.
