Demand to give Bharat Ratna to RJD chief Lalu Yadav, written on the poster – ‘Messiah of the poor, our God’

There is a demand to give Bharat Ratna to former Chief Minister of Bihar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav. Posters regarding this demand have been put up outside the RJD office, on which Lalu Yadav has been described as the ‘Messiah of the poor’. There are pictures of Lalu Yadav and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar on these posters.

Along with this, it is written on the posters, ‘Our God is the Messiah of the poor. A demand from the Government of India for its respected leader. Lalu Prasad Yadav should be honored with Bharat Ratna. It is being told that these posters have been put up by Rajendra Rajak, State Secretary of RJD Scheduled Caste Morcha.

Let us tell you, earlier also there has been a demand from RJD to give Bharat Ratna to Lalu Yadav. However, for the first time such a demand has been raised by putting up a poster. It has been said on behalf of the party that Lalu Yadav, the surviving precious gem of the socialist movement, is worthy of Bharat Ratna, who gave a new direction to the politics of social justice in his long political career.

Let us tell you, late Chaudhary Charan Singh and late Karpoori Thakur from socialist background were given Bharat Ratna during the tenure of Narendra Modi. Lalu Yadav is also from socialist background.

There was a demand to give Bharat Ratna to Nitish Kumar

This demand is gaining momentum at a time when just a few days ago, JDU leader KC Tyagi had demanded to give Bharat Ratna to CM Nitish Kumar. He had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, JDU distanced itself from his statement.
