Apart from this, consume honey water, coconut water and plain water as much as possible. Water will help in removing all the dirt from the body.
Does fasting cause weakness?
Some people think that fasting will make them feel weak, but it is not so. This is just an illusion of our mind, because the body gets only 30-40 percent energy from food, the rest of the energy comes from water, air and rest. In such a situation, it is wrong to think that fasting will make you feel weak. Japanese scientists have also done research on fasting. According to research conducted in the year 2018, by fasting, the body removes bad cells and creates new and healthy cells. This process is called autophagy.
