- Carnet permit is a special permission, under which a person can bring a vehicle registered abroad to India temporarily. Through this permit, the vehicle is allowed to drive in India for about 6 months. For this reason, speculations are being made about Sanjay Dutt’s Tesla Cybertruck that it may not be a permanent purchase but a temporary import.

- Tesla Cybertruck has not been launched in India yet. If it is imported, the price of the dual motor AWD variant can be around Rs 1.50 crore to Rs 1.80 crore. Whereas the estimated price of Cyberbeast variant can go from Rs 2.10 crore to Rs 2.50 crore.
