Rijiju said, ‘Internal mechanism was worked out to make Nitin Nabin the party president. Many people aspire to become the party president, but the responsibility is given only to a selected person who passes the test. Kiren Rijiju said on Budget 2026 that this budget session will be very dedicated and focused. In its first part, the President will address on 28 January and then the budget will be presented in the House on 1 February 2026 (Sunday). Then the entire session will be limited to the budget only. However, if any bill or business comes in the meantime then it is a different matter.
Regarding the opposition, Kiren Rijiju said that nothing is achieved by creating ruckus in the House. This wastes the time of the House and we are not able to present a good result to the country. For this, the opposition will have to be responsible so that such mistakes do not happen in the budget this time.

Kiren Rijiju said, ‘For years, Congress has poisoned the minds of the public that the Bharatiya Janata Party is anti-Muslim. For this reason, BJP is not able to win in Muslim dominated areas even after fielding Muslim candidates. From ration to houses, the BJP government provides all kinds of benefits to Muslims also. Our government has also worked for Haj pilgrimage. Many Muslims have also prayed for me.
Kiren Rijiju said, ‘It is not that BJP does not field Muslim candidates. Even if BJP fields Muslim candidates in Muslim areas, it still loses. There is not a single scheme of PM Modi which does not benefit the Muslim communities. Muslims get the benefit of every program and every scheme. Then why don’t Muslims vote?
