When he did not get the ticket, he continued his job and got promoted to become Deputy Commissioner and was transferred to Ayodhya.
Good relations with political parties in Mau also
If sources are to be believed, Prashant has good relations with one of the allies of Bharatiya Janata Party in Mau. Not only BJP and its allies but it is claimed that he is the founder of Samajwadi Party, Late. He was also the district president of Amar Singh’s party, one of Mulayam Singh Yadav’s close associates.
Amidst all this, Prashant has not yet issued any statement on these allegations and claims. On the other hand, Ayodhya government sources claim that on the complaint of Deputy Commissioner Prashant Singh’s brother, the administration conducted an investigation in the fake disability certificate case and in the investigation, Vishwajit Singh’s allegations were found to be false. A complaint has also been filed against Vishwajit Singh’s own brother Prashant Singh accusing him of corruption. Investigation is going on in this matter. Sources are also saying that there is a family dispute going on between the two brothers for a long time. A few days ago, Prashant Singh had filed a case of assault against his brother Vishwajeet Singh.
