
For Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping) and Head (Concierge) posts, a graduate degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management is mandatory. Preference will be given to those who have special certification in the relevant field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the service sector is required, of which at least 2 years should be experience of working in a 3-star or above rated hotel or resort.

For the post of Head (Horticulture), graduation or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture or Floriculture and Landscaping is required. 7 years of experience is mandatory in this field, which should include at least 2 years of gardening or garden design experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in hotels or resorts.
