ICC T20 Rankings: After the T20 World Cup 2026, ICC has released the latest T20 International rankings. In the new rankings, many big changes have been seen in all three categories of batting, bowling and all-rounder. The special thing is that the dominance of Indian players is visible in both batting and bowling.
Abhishek Sharma on top in batting rankings
Abhishek Sharma has reached the first position in the latest ICC T20 batting rankings. He has 874 rating points in his account and due to his excellent form, he has left behind many big batsmen of the world.
At second place is Sahibzada Farhan, who has 848 rating points. Whereas England’s Phys Salt is at third place with 803 points. Indian wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan has also been successful in making a place in the top-5. He is in fourth place with 783 rating points. Apart from this, Pathum Nissanka of Sri Lanka is at fifth position.
Other players from India are also included in the top-10. Tilak Verma is at sixth position and Suryakumar Yadav is at seventh position. Whereas South Africa’s Devold Brevis is at number 8. England’s Jos Buttler is at ninth place and New Zealand’s Tim Seifert is at 10th place.
Varun Chakraborty number 1 in bowling
Talking about bowling rankings, Indian spinner Varun Chakravarthy has become the world number 1 T20 bowler with 771 rating points. In second place is Afghanistan’s star spinner Rashid Khan, who has 753 points. Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed has reached third place. South Africa’s Corbin Bosch is at fourth place, England’s experienced spinner Adil Rashid is at fifth place and Australia’s Adam Zampa is at sixth place.
Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is also included in the top-10 and he is at seventh position. His brilliant bowling also played an important role in Team India’s victory in the T20 World Cup.
Sikandar Raza tops all-rounder ranking
Zimbabwe’s star player Sikandar Raza is in first place in the all-rounder ranking and has 328 rating points. India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is at second place with 284 points. Pakistan’s young player Saim Ayub is in third place. Apart from this, India’s Shivam Dubey is also included in the list of top-10 all-rounders and he is at number nine.

The strong presence of Indian players is clearly visible in the new ICC T20 rankings. Many players of India are included in the top-10 in all three categories of batting, bowling and all-rounder, which shows the current strong position of the team.
