Opinion poll of Assam assembly elections 2026

Elections will be held in one phase in Assam. Voting is on 9th April. Chanakya Strategy has predicted a close contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress in vote share. According to this, BJP can get 83 to 90 seats. BJP alliance can once again form government in Assam. Talking about vote share, Congress is likely to get 39 to 44 percent votes, while BJP is likely to get 45 to 48 percent votes.
