It is written, “The Parliamentary Board of the Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development, Government of India, as the Central Observer for the election of the leader of the party legislature party in Bihar.”
