Shot after stopping the car, the miscreants fled

For information, let us tell you that the personal assistant of BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari was shot dead on Wednesday (6 May) night. The incident took place on the northern outskirts of Kolkata where unknown assailants shot him three times. This massacre, which took place shortly after the results of the West Bengal Assembly elections, has raised many questions.

Sources said that this incident took place in Dohariya of Madhyamgram area in North 24 Parganas district. Subhendu Adhikari’s assistant Chandranath Rath was in the car when some bike-riding miscreants surrounded his car and attacked him.

Chandranath Rath driver’s condition critical

According to the information that has come to light so far, the attackers chased Rath’s vehicle, stopped it and then shot Rath and ran away. Chandranath Rath was sitting on the front passenger seat. His driver was also injured in this firing. The condition of the driver is also said to be critical and he is undergoing treatment in a hospital in Kolkata.
