Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Tuesday that the land of India cannot be a ‘Dharamshala’ for those who do not have faith and loyalty towards the country and who cannot respect its values. The Chief Minister warned about ‘Love Jihad’, conspiracies of conversion and ‘Land Jihad’.

Addressing the closing ceremony of the nine-day Shri Ram Katha Mahotsav organized in Lucknow, CM Yogi Adityanath said that the ideals of Lord Ram unite the country from North to South and East to West. This Shri Ram Katha was read by Tulsipeethadhishwar Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya.

He said, “The divisive forces will try to divide in the name of caste, language, region, but the saint power of India wants to unite the society and take the country forward. We have to internalize the essence of what Vyaspeeth tried to explain. The story is not only a part of listening but also an important part of acceptance. CM Yogi told the devotees that whoever comes in the presence of the Lord remains free from divine calamity. He wished that the life of every devotee continues to grow with happiness and prosperity.

Solution to every problem of life in the name of Ram- CM Yogi

The Chief Minister said that the saints had made the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement a question of birth and death. The saint did not want credit for this, he joined the campaign only because in the Indian tradition and heritage, Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram is the ideal for everyone and every problem of life is solved in the name of Ram. He said, “Except a few selected names suffering from politics and prejudice, every Indian, who has the DNA of India within him, has made the ideals of Lord Ram a part of life. The name of Maryada Purushottam has the power to connect every Indian from North to South and East to West.

The Chief Minister said that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement continued for 491 years and in 2019, the full bench of the Supreme Court made it clear in its decision that where Ram Lalla is seated, there is Ram Janmabhoomi. Praising Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, Adityanath said that he could have rested at this age, but with the wishes of the nation, he continues to strive to spread the story of God to the people.

Dandakaranya was plagued by the terror of weed pollution – CM Yogi

The Chief Minister said, “There was infiltration of Ravana and his demons into Aryavrata. Dandakaranya was plagued by the terror of weed pollution. Tadka, Marich and Subahu had destroyed the forests and cities of Bastar. Whenever negative forces come into dominance, they will cause destruction. They will make educational institutions and research centers barren, just like it was done by weed pollution and tadka.

Lord Ram tried hard to connect North and South India – CM Yogi

Yogi Adityanath said that the demon Marich mentioned in Ramayana was Ravana’s maternal uncle. He said sarcastically that when maternal uncles and uncles fall into unfair practices, they take them towards bad company and not towards the right path. Duryodhana’s maternal uncle Shakuni got the Mahabharata completed. He said, “Ravana kidnapped mother Janaki. Lord Ram tried hard to connect North and South India. Protecting women’s dignity can be an ideal example to stop love jihad.

We told strict laws in 2020- CM Yogi

The Chief Minister said that the Kerala High Court had expressed concern over the conspiracy to change religious demography in 2009 and 2011, but no attention was paid to it even at that time. In Uttar Pradesh, we announced strict laws in 2020, yet there is a need for widespread public awareness on this. Yogi Adityanath said, “We have to be ready to fight people associated with land jihad.” The practice of pitching tents on vacant land should be stopped.” He said, “Be it Shiva or Ram, whoever we believe in, make their ideals a part of life. Try to live and become like them and inspire your family members to take inspiration from those ideals. Whoever made Ram the ideal of life, his welfare was achieved. The one who betrayed Ram did not get a place on earth.
