A statement has come out from Russia regarding the agreement between Iran and America. Russia has also given a statement regarding America leading the talks in the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia. Foreign intelligence chief Sergei Naryshkin has given this statement on behalf of Moscow.
While giving a statement on the deal between America and Iran, he said that Washington and Tehran have made a lot of progress towards the agreement. But peace still remains fragile. Naryshkin told Russian state news agency Tass that peace is still fragile. However, the extensive work that both sides have done with mediators to draft an initial agreement gives hope that if it is ultimately signed, it will continue efforts to restore peace in the Middle East.
What statement was given on Russia and Ukraine war?
Naryshkin said Russia, a close ally of Iran, has itself been embroiled in a war with Ukraine for more than four years, while US-led talks to resolve the conflict are stalled as the Trump administration focuses on the Middle East.
