This is the reason why Iran retaliated and caused huge destruction by attacking US military bases in Qatar, UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. America has suffered huge losses in these attacks.
Trump created trouble for Qatar
However, after listening to Donald Trump, winds started blowing on the face of the Emir of Qatar. Because, if Iran gets even the slightest hint, it could create trouble for Qatar. During the war, Iran attacked Qatar’s largest refinery, the Ras Laffan Refinery. Qatar may take five years to recover from this attack.
Trump does not know the geography of Gulf countries
Trump’s bravado while talking to the Emir of Qatar did not end here. Trump said such a thing during the meeting, which made it clear that the American President does not even know the geography of the Gulf countries. In the presence of the Emir of Qatar, Trump said that Qatar is the closest country to Iran and the border can be crossed in 45 minutes. Whereas the reality is that Iran is not south of Qatar. The countries to the south of Iran are Iraq and Kuwait. The Persian Gulf is between Iran and Qatar. It is true that there is Pars Island between the two countries, which has been divided between Iran and Qatar. There is a big gas field here.
