Both Putin and Zelensky are adamant on their respective conditions. Putin has bluntly said that Donbass province occupied by Ukraine will not be returned at any cost. Also, Ukraine will have to guarantee not to join NATO. Whereas, Zelensky is also not ready to back down and continues attacking Russia.
Ukraine carried out drone attack near Moscow
