On this, the question that comes to the mind of many people is what to do in such a situation. In such a situation, experts advise that its effect can be reduced to a great extent by doing some easy exercises even while sitting on your chair. For example, one should stand and walk for a few minutes every half-an-hour. Also, while sitting on a chair, the neck should be slowly rotated left-right and up-down, this reduces stiffness of the neck.

Small exercises like straightening the legs and raising them, moving the heels up and down and rotating the wrists can also be easily done while sitting on a chair. Apart from this, lightly turning the waist left and right while sitting i.e. doing chair twist gives relief to the back and makes one feel lightness in the body.
