This is not just Farewell but it is an opportunity to stop, consider and walk with me in this extraordinary journey of service. From the first day to this occasion in uniform, I lived with the only purpose of serving people, maintaining justice and standing with my police every day.
The former IPS wrote- What we do is not just a job but a call. During this time I have got the privilege of supporting you all. Standing in torrential rains, from the constable who managed traffic managing, from the officer who solved a case by sleeping at night. The teams who emphasized innovation are the true soul of this police.

We restored confidence in citizens- former DGP
The former DGP wrote- I am just a thread of the grand picture of Uttar Pradesh Police, and yet you made me feel very important. In these years of career, we saw together from tragedy to victory and change. We modernized policing, faced cyber crimes and responded to crises. The most important thing in all this is that we restored confidence in khaki among citizens. For me, this is the biggest medal I will take into retirement.
He wrote that I am leaving this post with pride without any regret. It is possible that there are no stars on my shoulders, but I will always walk in my heart with the spirit of the police. As I will step into the next chapter of life, my prayers, respect and unwavering support will always be with you. We should never forget that ‘uniform is temporary. Duties, always live. You continue to serve with courage, compassion and conscience.
