Mahindra scorpio-n features: Mahindra has recently launched its popular SUV Scorpio-N’s new Z4 trim automatic variant in India. Earlier, where the automatic option used to start only with Z6 and Z8 trims, now customers can also choose it in Z4 trim.
The ex-showroom price of the Z4 Petrol Automatic variant is around Rs 17 lakh, while the price of diesel automatic version has been kept close to 18 lakhs. This price is about 1 lakh rupees less than the Z6 trim, making this variant a great option for budget-friendly SUV buyers.
Engine and performance
Talking about engine and performance, two engine options are available in Z4 variants. The first is 2.0 liter MStallion turbo petrol engine that gives 203 PS power and 380 Nm of torque (in automatic version). This engine comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The second option is a 2.2-liter MHAWK diesel engine, which gives 132 PS and 300 Nm of torque in the rear-wheel drive. At the same time, its 4WD version (Z4 E) generates 175 PS and 370 Nm torque, although it is currently available only with manual transmission.
How is the features?
In terms of features, many important and everyday needs have been given in the Z4 variant. It has an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Also includes multifunction steering control, rear AC vents, halogen headlights, LED turn indicators, 17-inch steel wheels, rear spiilers, power windows and fabric upholstery. Good attention has also been paid to the Z4 trim in terms of security. It provides safety facilities like dual front airbags, ABS and EBD, hill hold control, hill decent control, isofix child seat mounts and three-point seat belts.
